What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive two periods of on-site opening assistance. The first period involves at least one person providing assistance for at least five days immediately after the agency opens. The second period of assistance involves one person providing support for at least three days, approximately two months after the All Team office opens.
This on-site assistance is provided at no cost to the franchisee. All Team also retains the right to modify the opening assistance based on the franchisee's or its principal owner's experience.
For a prospective All Team franchisee, this means that they can expect hands-on support during the initial launch phase and again a couple of months later to help navigate any challenges that may arise as the business gets established. The duration and specifics of this assistance may vary depending on the franchisee's prior experience and the franchisor's assessment of their needs.
