- b. We must approve the location of your Agency. You may select the location of your office anywhere in the Area. Typically, you will lease the space for your Agency. You are solely responsible for locating, securing and evaluating the suitability of your office and for the review and negotiations of your lease. The factors we consider in approving sites are factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team's approval is required for the location of an All Team Agency. The FDD states that All Team must approve the location of the agency, although the franchisee may select the location of their office anywhere within their designated area.
The franchisee is solely responsible for locating, securing, and evaluating the suitability of their office space, as well as for the review and negotiation of their lease. All Team will consider factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking when evaluating potential sites.
