What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when notice is required under the terms of the agreement, it should be provided in writing. The notice must be sent via registered or certified mail, or through personal delivery. The notice should be sent to the franchisee's agency address and to All Team's office, or to any other address that has been designated according to the agreement.

For a prospective All Team franchisee, this means that any formal communication required by the franchise agreement, such as legal notices or important updates, must be documented in writing and delivered through specific channels. This ensures a verifiable record of the communication.

The agreement specifies that receipt of notice is considered to have occurred three days after mailing or upon personal delivery, whichever happens first. This clause establishes a clear timeline for when a notice is officially deemed to have been received, which can be important for meeting deadlines or initiating actions based on the notice.
