What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the officers, directors, employees, and agents of All Team act only in their representative capacity for All Team and not in any individual capacity or on behalf of All Team or any of All Team's affiliates or agents. This means that these individuals are not personally liable for the obligations or actions of All Team under the franchise agreement.
This provision protects the individuals associated with All Team from being held personally responsible for the company's actions or debts related to the franchise agreement. It clarifies that their involvement is strictly in their official roles within the company.
However, franchisees and their guarantors waive any right to proceed against All Team's affiliates, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns by way of class action, or by way of a multi-plaintiff, consolidated, or collective action. This waiver limits the ability of franchisees to pursue legal action against All Team and its related parties through class action lawsuits.
