What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Advertising Fee, if assessed, is due by noon on Wednesday based on the prior week's Temporary Employment Gross Billings. Currently, All Team is not assessing this fee. However, if All Team decides to reinstate the Advertising Fund, the fee will be 1% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings. The Advertising Fees are deducted from the Temporary Gross Billings collected by All Team under the Funding Agreement.
This means that if the advertising fee is reinstated, franchisees will need to ensure that their gross billings are accurately reported and submitted in a timely manner to facilitate the fee deduction. The fact that the fee is deducted directly from the gross billings collected by All Team simplifies the payment process for franchisees, as they do not need to make a separate payment.
It is important to note that the reinstatement of the Advertising Fee is at All Team's discretion. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the likelihood of this fee being reinstated and how much advance notice All Team will provide before doing so. Understanding the potential for this additional expense is crucial for accurate financial planning. Franchisees should also clarify whether the 1% fee is a maximum, or if it could increase.
