What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the advertising fee for Permanent Placement Gross Billings is due monthly by the 15th day of each month. While the advertising fee is not currently assessed, if All Team decides to reinstate the Advertising Fund, a franchisee will be required to pay 2% of Permanent Placement Gross Billings. This fee would be in addition to other fees such as Continuing License Fees, Processing Fees, and Technology Fees.
It is important to note that the advertising fees, if reinstated, are separate from the Continuing License Fees. The Continuing License Fees are the greater of a minimum fee ($600-$1,250) or 3% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings and 8% of Permanent Placement Gross Billings. The advertising fee is an additional 2% of Permanent Placement Gross Billings, but is only charged if All Team decides to reinstate the Advertising Fund.
