What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a weekly Processing Fee. This fee is calculated based on the Temporary Employment Gross Billings from the prior week, in addition to All Team's actual costs. The Processing Fee is due each Wednesday by noon, according to the terms outlined in the Processing Agreement.
This means that, beyond a percentage of gross billings, franchisees are also responsible for covering All Team's direct expenses related to processing these billings. The FDD does not specify what these 'actual costs' might include, leaving some ambiguity. It is important to note that the Processing Fee is separate from other fees such as the Continuing License Fees, Advertising Fees, and Technology Fees, each of which are calculated and paid differently.
Prospective All Team franchisees should seek clarification from All Team regarding what 'actual costs' are included in the Processing Fee. Understanding the nature and potential magnitude of these costs is crucial for accurate financial forecasting and business planning. Franchisees should also inquire about the Processing Agreement to fully understand the terms and conditions associated with this fee.
