What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are prohibited from actions that might detract from the company's public image. Specifically, franchisees must continuously and prominently display All Team's trademarks in connection with their agency. They are forbidden from taking or failing to take any action that could negatively impact the public perception of All Team, the agency, its systems, or its trademarks.

Furthermore, All Team franchisees are not allowed to display any unauthorized business names or services at their office. All Team retains the right to pre-approve the decoration, organization, and furnishings of the franchisee's office. All Team can also require franchisees to relocate and redecorate their office if it reasonably believes it is necessary to maintain a professional image and prudent business practices.

In practical terms, this means franchisees must adhere to All Team's standards for office appearance, marketing materials, and overall business presentation. Failure to comply with these standards could be considered a breach of the franchise agreement and potentially harm All Team's reputation. This level of control is common in franchising, as franchisors seek to maintain brand consistency and quality across all locations.
