With regard to each invoice, USER agrees that ATFC shall have access to all such information or documents as ATFC in its discretion may request from time to time.
In the event USER fails to cause ATFC to be provided with copies of any invoices or other documentation when requested by ATFC, such Account Receivable reflected by such invoice shall automatically revert back to USER (regardless of any prior approval) and ATFC shall have no credit risk with respect to such Account Receivable.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC) has extensive access to information and documents related to franchisee invoices. Specifically, ATFC will generate and send invoices to customers using information provided by the franchisee (referred to as USER). These invoices instruct customers to remit payments directly to ATFC. Each invoice will also include a notice stating that the invoices have been sold and assigned to ATFC and are payable only to ATFC.
Regarding access to information, the FDD states that ATFC has the right to request and receive any information or documents related to invoices that it deems necessary. If a franchisee fails to provide copies of invoices or other requested documentation, the account receivable associated with that invoice will revert back to the franchisee, meaning ATFC will no longer bear the credit risk for that account.
Furthermore, franchisees are required to execute and deliver assignments of customer invoices to ATFC. These assignments must include copies of original invoices, bills of lading, proofs of delivery, contracts or purchase orders, purchase order numbers, and time tickets or other proofs of service as required by ATFC. Franchisees must provide this documentation to ATFC no later than noon on Wednesday following the previous week. This comprehensive access ensures that ATFC can effectively manage and collect accounts receivable, as well as maintain accurate financial records.
