According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the agreement between All States M.E.D. Franchising, LLC and the developer is titled the "ALL STATES M.E.D. AREA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT". This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which a developer is granted the right to develop and operate multiple All States M.E.D. franchised locations within a specific territory.

The Area Development Agreement grants the developer the right to develop and operate a specified number of All States M.E.D. locations within a defined Development Territory, as detailed in Appendix A of the agreement. In exchange for these development rights, the developer is required to pay All States M.E.D. Franchising, LLC a Development Fee. This fee includes the Initial Franchise Fee for the first territory and one-half of the Initial Franchise Fee for each subsequent location to be developed under the agreement.
