ensure that Franchisee is properly employing the Marks in the operation of the Franchised Business, Franchisor reserves the right to inspect the Franchised Business at any time without advanced notice.
6.7 Franchisor's Sole Right to Domain Name
Franchisee shall NOT advertise on the Internet, or establish, create, or operate an Internet site or website using a domain name or uniform resource locator containing the Marks or any variation thereof without Franchisor's written approval. Franchisor is the sole owner of a right, title, and interest in and to such domain names. Franchisor will provide contact information for your Franchised Business on its website.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, All States M.E.D. retains sole ownership and control over the use of its Marks on the Internet. While franchisees cannot independently use the Marks in domain names, All States M.E.D. states that it will use reasonable efforts to compensate franchisees for internet sales originating from www.allstatesmed.com within their territory. The compensation is calculated as the gross revenue from the sale, less the royalty fee, the cost of the item, and any other costs incurred by All States M.E.D. in selling the item, such as credit card fees and shipping costs. This arrangement allows franchisees to benefit from online sales while ensuring All States M.E.D. maintains control over its brand and online presence.
