Independent Access to Information. We have, and you are required to provide, independent access to the information that will be generated or stored in your computer systems, which includes, but not limited to, customer, transaction, and operational information. You also must provide to us 24-hour access to any video surveillance video stream via approved equipment. We have the right to review your business operations, in person, by mail, or electronically, and to inspect your operations and obtain your paper and electronic business records related to the Franchised Business and any other operations taking place through your Franchised Business. There are no contractual restrictions on our right to access your data. (Section 12.6 of the Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, All States M.E.D. has the right to review a franchisee's business operations. All States M.E.D. can conduct these reviews in person, by mail, or electronically. This includes the right to inspect operations and obtain paper and electronic business records related to the Franchised Business and any other operations taking place through the Franchised Business.
All States M.E.D. also requires franchisees to provide independent access to information generated or stored in their computer systems. This access includes customer, transaction, and operational information. Additionally, franchisees must provide All States M.E.D. with 24-hour access to any video surveillance video stream via approved equipment.
There are no contractual restrictions on All States M.E.D.'s right to access franchisee data. This level of access and oversight is fairly common in franchising, allowing All States M.E.D. to monitor compliance with brand standards, assess performance, and provide support.
