8.4 Ongoing Training

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, All States M.E.D. may provide ongoing training programs, seminars, conferences, conventions, or webinars. If All States M.E.D. chooses to provide these, they have the right to require franchisees to attend.
The franchisee is responsible for the expenses associated with ongoing training. The cost is $250 per person per day if the training occurs at All States M.E.D.'s location. If the training is held at the franchisee's location, the cost remains $250 per person per day, in addition to hotel, airfare, and other expenses incurred by the trainer.
All States M.E.D. will not require franchisees to attend more than two training sessions in a calendar year. The franchisee is responsible for all travel costs, room and board, and employee salaries related to attending these training sessions.
