We provide site selection assistance to you to guide you in the selection of a location for your Franchised Business. We provide to you opening assistance and guidance to assist you with any questions you may have in operating and establishing the Franchised Business. If Franchisee requests additional assistance with respect to the opening or continued operation of the Franchised Business, and should Franchisor deem it necessary and appropriate to comply with such request, Franchisee shall pay Franchisor's then-current standard rates, plus expenses, for such additional assistance.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, All States M.E.D. offers site selection assistance to franchisees. Specifically, All States M.E.D. states that it provides site selection assistance to guide franchisees in choosing a location for their franchised business.
In addition to site selection assistance, All States M.E.D. also provides opening assistance and guidance to help franchisees with any questions they may have while establishing and operating their All States M.E.D. business.
If a franchisee requires additional assistance beyond the standard opening assistance, and All States M.E.D. deems it necessary and appropriate to fulfill the request, the franchisee will be responsible for paying All States M.E.D.'s then-current standard rates, plus any expenses incurred for the additional support.
