What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may require franchisees to attend ongoing training programs, seminars, or webinars. If All States M.E.D. chooses to provide ongoing training, they have the right to require attendance.

If ongoing training takes place at All States M.E.D.'s location, the franchisee is responsible for paying $250 per person per day. If the training is held at the franchisee's location, the franchisee must pay $250 per person per day, in addition to covering the hotel, airfare, and other expenses incurred by the All States M.E.D. trainer.

All States M.E.D. will not require franchisees to attend more than two training sessions in a calendar year. Franchisees are responsible for all travel costs, room and board, and employee salaries associated with attending these training sessions.
