What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $100,000. This fee is payable upon signing the Franchise Agreement. All fees paid to All States M.E.D. are non-refundable, but refund policies for fees paid to third parties will vary.
For an Area Development Agreement, the initial franchise fee for the first territory is included in the overall Area Development Fee, which ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 for three to five territories. For additional territories under the Area Development Agreement, one-half of the initial franchise fee is included in the Area Development Fee, with the remaining half due when entering into a Franchise Agreement for each additional territory.
Prospective franchisees should note that the initial franchise fee is just one component of the total initial investment. Other expenses, such as travel and living expenses during training, real property rent deposits, leasehold improvements, furniture, equipment, and initial advertising, must also be considered. These additional costs can significantly increase the overall investment required to start an All States M.E.D. franchise.
