What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is paid directly to All States M.E.D. The initial franchise fee ranges from $100,000. This fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
For those considering an Area Development Agreement with All States M.E.D., which grants the rights to open multiple franchise locations, a portion of the initial franchise fee is included in the Area Development Fee. The Area Development Fee ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 for three to five territories. This fee covers the initial franchise fee for the first territory and one-half of the initial franchise fee for each additional territory. The remaining half of the initial franchise fee for these additional territories is paid when entering into individual Franchise Agreements for those locations.
It is important to note that the initial franchise fee, whether for a single unit or as part of an Area Development Agreement, is generally non-refundable. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this before signing the Franchise Agreement and making any payments to All States M.E.D.
