What does the Franchisee understand about operating the Franchised All States M.E.D. Business?

According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee acknowledges the importance of maintaining the franchisor's standards for quality, operations, and service. The franchisee understands they must operate their All States M.E.D. business in strict accordance with the franchisor's established system. This system includes uniform standards and procedures for efficient business operations, marketing, advertising, customer service techniques, and trade secrets, all detailed within the All States M.E.D. Operations Manual.

The franchisee is granted the right to operate an All States M.E.D. business within a protected territory, utilizing the franchisor's names and marks, services, products, advertising methods, and the All States M.E.D. system. The franchisee can use the materials provided by All States M.E.D. in their own discretion, so long as they do not violate any laws, regulations, or provisions outlined in the agreement.

The franchisee also acknowledges that All States M.E.D. possesses trade secrets and confidential information crucial to its business. These trade secrets include technical and non-technical data, formulas, patterns, compilations, programs, methods, techniques, drawings, processes, financial data, customer lists, and supplier information not publicly known. The franchisee is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of this information, as it provides All States M.E.D. with a competitive advantage. Confidential information also includes the contents of the Operations Manual and training materials.
