What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the franchisee is required to assign all telephone listings and numbers associated with the franchised business to All States M.E.D.
This includes notifying the telephone company and all listing agencies about the termination or expiration of the franchisee's right to use any telephone or facsimile numbers linked to the All States M.E.D. marks. This notification must cover all types of directory listings, including regular, classified, and other telephone directory listings.
Furthermore, the franchisee must authorize the transfer of these telephone and facsimile numbers to All States M.E.D. or as directed by All States M.E.D. This ensures that All States M.E.D. maintains control over the business's contact information and can continue to operate or transition the business as needed after the franchise agreement ends.
