According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for securing and maintaining all required operational and professional licenses, permits, and certificates necessary for the operation of the Franchised Business. The franchisee must also operate the Franchised Business in full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.

All States M.E.D. makes no representation to the franchisee regarding any legal requirements that the franchisee must satisfy or comply with in connection with the operation of the Franchised Business. The franchisee is solely responsible for investigating and complying with all such laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding the operation of the Franchised Business.

This means that prospective All States M.E.D. franchisees need to conduct thorough due diligence to understand all local, state, and federal regulations that apply to their specific business.
