Is an All States M.E.D. franchisee required to provide content for the company's internet marketing if requested?

According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be requested to provide content for the company's internet marketing. Franchisees must also adhere to All States M.E.D.'s intranet and Internet usage rules, policies, and requirements. All States M.E.D. retains the sole right to market on the Internet, including the use of websites, domain names, uniform resource locators, keywords, linking, search engines, banner ads, meta-tags, marketing, auction sites, e-commerce, and co-branding arrangements.

All States M.E.D. also retains the sole right to use the Marks on the Internet, including on websites, as domain names, directory addresses, search terms and meta-tags, social media pages and in connection with linking, marketing, co-branding and other arrangements. Franchisees are not permitted to use a domain name containing All States M.E.D.'s marks in the URL.

These stipulations give All States M.E.D. significant control over the brand's online presence and marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and quality. While franchisees may contribute content, All States M.E.D. has the final say on what is published and how the brand is represented online.
