What This Means (2024 FDD)

Based on the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate an All States M.E.D. business within a protected territory. The franchisee's rights are limited to this specific territory.

The FDD excerpt does not specify the procedure or requirements for handling business opportunities originating from outside of a franchisee's designated territory. The document does not outline whether a franchisee is obligated to pass these leads to the franchisor, another franchisee, or if they can pursue them independently.

Therefore, a prospective All States M.E.D. franchisee should seek clarification from the franchisor regarding the handling of business opportunities that come from outside their protected territory. Understanding the franchisor's expectations and policies on this matter is crucial for managing customer relations and avoiding potential conflicts with other franchisees or the franchisor itself.
