According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire includes questions about statements or agreements made by those speaking on behalf of All States M.E.D. that are different from what is stated in the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, question 10 asks if the franchisee agrees that no employee or other person speaking on behalf of All States M.E.D. has made any statement, promise, or agreement that is contrary to or different from what is stated in the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must answer "Yes" or "No" to this question.
Question 11 asks if the franchisee agrees that no employee or other person speaking on behalf of All States M.E.D. made any statement or promise regarding the actual, average, or projected profits or earnings, the likelihood of success, the amount of money they may earn, or the total amount of revenue they will generate, that is not contained in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document or that is contrary to, or different from, the information contained in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document, and that they have not made a decision to purchase their franchise based on any such representations. Again, the franchisee must answer "Yes" or "No".
