What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire includes a question asking if you agree that no employee or other person speaking on behalf of All States M.E.D. has made any statement, promise, or agreement that contradicts the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement. You are asked to answer "Yes" or "No" to this question.
Additionally, the questionnaire asks if you agree that no employee or person speaking for All States M.E.D. made statements or promises about potential profits, earnings, or success that are not in Item 19 of the FDD or that contradict Item 19. You must also confirm that your decision to purchase the franchise was not based on any such outside representations. You are also asked to acknowledge that the Franchise Agreement contains the entire agreement and that prior statements not in the agreement are not binding.
It is important to note that the FDD states that any franchisee acknowledgment shall not waive claims under state franchise law, including fraud, or disclaim reliance on statements by All States M.E.D. or its representatives. The questionnaire is not to be signed for franchise sales in or to residents of CA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NY, ND, RI, SD, VA, WA, or WI.
