What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire includes a question asking if you agree that no employee or other person speaking on behalf of All States M.E.D. has made any statement, promise, or agreement that contradicts or differs from what is stated in the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement. This is question 10 in the questionnaire.

The questionnaire also asks in question 11 if you agree that no employee or person speaking for All States M.E.D. made any statement or promise regarding actual, average, or projected profits or earnings, the likelihood of success, the amount of money you may earn, or the total revenue you will generate, that is not contained in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document or that is contrary to, or different from, the information contained in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document, and that you have not made a decision to purchase your franchise based on any such representations.

Finally, question 12 asks if you understand that the Franchise Agreement and attachments contain the entire agreement between All States M.E.D. and you concerning the franchise, meaning any prior oral or written statements not set out in the Franchise Agreement or its attachments will not be binding.
