What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee desires to operate an All States M.E.D. Business. The franchisor grants the franchisee the right, license, and privilege to operate this business, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement. This includes the right to use All States M.E.D.'s names and marks, services, products, advertising and merchandising methods, and the franchisor's system, which may be updated over time.
The franchisee's operation of the All States M.E.D. Business is restricted to an accepted location within a protected territory, as defined in the agreement. The agreement specifies that the franchisee does not have the right to sub-franchise unless expressly provided for in the agreement.

The franchisee also acknowledges the importance of maintaining All States M.E.D.'s standards of quality, operations, and service, and agrees to operate the franchised business in strict accordance with the franchisor's system.
