What This Means (2024 FDD)
Yes, the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) includes a list of former franchisees. According to the FDD, Exhibit G-2 contains the "List of Former Franchisees." This exhibit provides the names, city and state, and either the current business telephone number or the last known home telephone number of franchisees who have left the All States M.E.D. system within the most recent fiscal year, or who have not communicated with All States M.E.D. within 10 weeks of the FDD's issuance date.
However, the FDD also indicates that the list of former franchisees is currently empty. Specifically, it states, "None." under the heading for Exhibit G-2. This means that, as of the issuance date of the FDD, All States M.E.D. reports that there were no franchisees who had been terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise ceased doing business under the franchise agreement, nor any franchisees who had not communicated with them recently.
It's important for prospective franchisees to review this information to understand the turnover and stability within the All States M.E.D. franchise system. While the current FDD indicates no former franchisees, a prospective franchisee may want to inquire further with All States M.E.D. about historical franchisee turnover and reasons for any past terminations or non-renewals to gain a more complete picture.
