Where can I find the All States M.E.D. Disclosure Document Receipts?

According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Disclosure Document Receipts are located in Exhibit K. Item 23 clarifies that Exhibit K contains both the franchisor's and the franchisee's copies of the receipts.

These receipts serve as an acknowledgment that the franchisee has received the FDD, which is a critical step in the franchise sales process. Franchise laws mandate that franchisors provide prospective franchisees with the FDD within a specific timeframe before any binding agreements are signed or payments are made. For All States M.E.D., this timeframe is generally 14 calendar days, but it may vary based on state laws, such as in Iowa, Michigan and New York.

The receipts also serve as a confirmation that All States M.E.D. has met its legal obligations in providing the disclosure document.
