What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Introduction to All States M.E.D.' training includes both classroom and on-the-job components. The on-the-job portion of this introductory training is 2 hours. This initial training is held at the All States M.E.D. affiliate location in Miami Lakes, FL, or at another designated training center.

This on-the-job training is part of a broader initial training program that All States M.E.D. provides before the franchisee commences operations. The initial training program covers various operational areas. Up to three employees chosen by the franchisee may also attend this training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for themselves and any attending employees.

Completing the initial training program to All States M.E.D.'s satisfaction is mandatory for all attendees. Failure to meet the required standards may lead to the termination of the Franchise Agreement. The initial training program is taught by Josino ("Joe") Ferreira, whose experience is detailed in Item 2 of the FDD. The principal instructional materials consist of the Operations Manual.
