We do not have an advertising council composed of franchisees that advise us on advertising policies at this time, but reserve the right to form one in the future. We do not require you to participate in a local or regional advertising cooperative. (Section 11.3 of the Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 All States M.E.D. Franchise Disclosure Document, All States M.E.D. does not currently have an advertising council composed of franchisees. However, All States M.E.D. retains the right to form one in the future.

This means that franchisees do not have a formal mechanism to advise All States M.E.D. on advertising policies at this time. Franchisees are required to spend a minimum of 2% of Gross Revenues or $1,000 per month (whichever is greater) on local advertising, and between $3,000 and $10,000 on Grand Opening Advertising, following All States M.E.D.'s guidelines.

While franchisees can submit their own advertising materials for approval, All States M.E.D. maintains control over internet marketing, including website content, domain names, and search engine optimization. Franchisees are restricted from establishing an internet presence or marketing online without written consent from All States M.E.D., giving All States M.E.D. significant control over the brand's online image and marketing strategies.
