Franchisor shall be available to render advice, discuss problems, and offer general guidance to Franchisee by telephone and/or electronic correspondence, with respect to planning and operating the Franchised Business. Franchisor shall not charge for this service. Franchisor's advice or guidance to Franchisee relative to prices for products and services that, in Franchisor's judgment, constitutes good business practice is based upon the experience of Franchisor and its franchisees in operating All States M.E.D. businesses and an analysis of costs and prices charged for competitive products and services. Within range, Franchisee shall have the right to change/determine the price to be charged for a particular service by the Franchised Business at the time of sale (if necessary). Notwithstanding, Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that Franchisor shall not be held liable for such advice; any decisions made by Franchisee, whether on its own accord or through suggestion from Franchisor is Franchisee's sole and absolute responsibility.

According to All States M.E.D.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, All States M.E.D. will not charge franchisees for general advice and guidance. All States M.E.D. will be available to offer advice, discuss issues, and provide general guidance to franchisees via telephone or electronic correspondence regarding the planning and operation of the franchised business.

All States M.E.D.'s advice on pricing for products and services is based on the company's and its franchisees' experiences, as well as an analysis of competitive costs and prices. Franchisees have the right to change or determine the price for a particular service at the time of sale, within a reasonable range. However, franchisees acknowledge that All States M.E.D. is not liable for this advice, and franchisees are solely responsible for their decisions, whether based on their own judgment or suggestions from All States M.E.D.

All States M.E.D. may also make periodic visits to the franchised business for consultation, assistance, and guidance on various aspects of operations and management. These visits may be announced or unannounced. All States M.E.D. may also accompany franchisees and their employees on job site visits to monitor business practices and provide advice. Written reports detailing any problems or concerns discovered during these visits, as well as suggested changes or improvements, may be prepared for both All States M.E.D. and the franchisee. Franchisees are required to implement any changes or improvements required by All States M.E.D. promptly.
