Can All Dogs Unleashed use trademarks other than the Marks within my Development Area?

- 1.4.4 develop, or become associated with, other concepts (either directly or through affiliate entities) and grant franchises under those concepts for locations anywhere, including in the Development Area; and
- 1.4.5 use and license to engage in any other activities not expressly prohibited in this Agreement.
Without limiting the above rights, we have the right to develop, administer and operate, whether directly or through an affiliate or licensee, digital platforms and digital products offering ALL DOGS UNLEASHED® products (including equipment and merchandise) and services to customers and end users regardless of whether they are located in your Development Area. Additionally, we (including through our affiliates and designees) have the right to sell ALL DOGS UNLEASHED® merchandise and equipment through any outlet and from any location without restriction and we have the right to promote, offer, sell and provide ALL DOGS UNLEASHED® services through mobile applications and other platforms; without restriction, including in the Development Area.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed has the right to use and license other concepts, either directly or through affiliate entities, and grant franchises under those concepts for locations anywhere, including within a franchisee's Development Area. They can also engage in any other activities not expressly prohibited in the Franchise Agreement. This means that All Dogs Unleashed is not restricted from developing or associating with other brands or concepts, even if they compete with an existing franchisee's All Dogs Unleashed location.
All Dogs Unleashed also retains the right to develop, administer, and operate digital platforms and products offering All Dogs Unleashed products and services to customers, regardless of their location, including within a franchisee's Development Area. Additionally, All Dogs Unleashed can sell merchandise and equipment through any outlet and from any location without restriction. They can also promote, offer, sell, and provide All Dogs Unleashed services through mobile applications and other platforms without restriction, even within a franchisee's Development Area.
