Under what conditions will All Dogs Unleashed grant permission to begin operating the Facility?

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor grants the franchisee the right to establish and operate a facility at the approved location, contingent upon the provisions outlined in the Franchise Agreement. This includes providing canine training, boarding, grooming, and other authorized services at the facility, as well as at third-party locations within the service area, all in accordance with All Dogs Unleashed's standards. The franchisee is also permitted to use the All Dogs Unleashed system and marks for advertising, promotion, and business operations.

However, the agreement strictly prohibits the franchisee from sublicensing any of the granted rights or delegating any obligations imposed by the agreement. This means the franchisee must directly manage and control the operations of the All Dogs Unleashed facility and cannot transfer these responsibilities to another party without explicit consent from the franchisor, which is a common stipulation in franchising to maintain brand consistency and quality control.

All Dogs Unleashed also retains certain rights, such as owning, operating, and franchising similar or competitive services under a different trademark, even within the franchisee's service area. They also reserve the right to manufacture, distribute, and market pet-related products worldwide through various channels, including online sales. The franchisee's rights are limited to the specific services and territory granted in the agreement, and they cannot engage in activities like sublicensing, co-branding, or wholesale distribution without violating the terms of the agreement.
