What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may designate an area for an Advertising Cooperative if there are two or more facilities in the area. Currently, All Dogs Unleashed does not have any Advertising Cooperatives. If an Advertising Cooperative is established, franchisees in the designated area will be required to participate.

The fees for the Advertising Cooperative will be determined by a majority vote. Each participating All Dogs Unleashed facility and the franchisor will each receive one vote in determining the fee amount. The amount established by the cooperative will be paid by the franchisees as determined by the cooperative.

For a prospective All Dogs Unleashed franchisee, this means that if their location is in an area with at least one other All Dogs Unleashed franchise, they may be required to participate in an Advertising Cooperative. The cost of this participation will be determined by a vote, giving the franchisee a direct say in how much they contribute, but also subjecting them to the will of the majority.
