What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement, including its attachments, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties involved. This means that all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter are integrated into and superseded by the franchise agreement.
For a prospective All Dogs Unleashed franchisee, this clause provides clarity and legal certainty. It confirms that the written franchise agreement is the definitive source of all rights and obligations. Any promises, assurances, or understandings discussed before signing the agreement are only binding if they are explicitly included within the agreement itself or its attachments.
This "entire agreement" or "integration" clause is a standard provision in franchise agreements. It protects both the franchisor and franchisee by preventing disputes based on alleged verbal agreements or side deals that are not documented in the written contract. Franchisees should carefully review all attachments and exhibits to the All Dogs Unleashed franchise agreement to ensure they understand the complete scope of their obligations and the franchisor's commitments. If there are any discrepancies or missing elements, these should be addressed and incorporated into the written agreement before signing.
