ent such Internet user policies as Franchisor may prescribe for purposes of avoiding, blocking, and eliminating viruses and other conditions that interfere with operation of the Computer System.
- 10.2. Software. You shall: (a) acquire, install on your Computer System, and use any software programs, system documentation manuals, and other materials that Franchisor requires in connection with the operation of the Franchised Business; (b) input and maintain in your computer such data and information as Franchisor prescribes in the Manual, software programs, documentation, or otherwise; (c) purchase new or upgraded software programs, system documentation manuals, and other proprietary materials at thencurrent prices whenever Franchisor adopts such new or upgraded programs, manuals, and materials systemwide; and (d) make available to customers any software programs and other proprietary materials prescribed in the Manual. You shall enter into all software license agreements, "terms of use" agreements, and software maintenance agreements, in the form and manner Franchisor prescribes, and pay all fees imposed there under. Franchisor reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for maintenance and periodic upgrades to any required software.
- 10.3. Independent Access. Franchisor will have unrestricted, independent access to all information that entered into the local software and other online software applications, and all information and electronic files relating to the Franchised Business, whether stored on your hard drive or on-site or off-site servers. You shall install and activate on your computer all software required by Franchisor, and shall provide to Franchisor all user names and passwords necessary, to facilitate such access.

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must acquire and install any software programs that All Dogs Unleashed requires for operating the franchised business. This includes system documentation manuals and other related materials. Franchisees are also obligated to input and maintain the data and information that All Dogs Unleashed prescribes in the manuals, software programs, documentation, or other provided materials.
All Dogs Unleashed franchisees must purchase new or upgraded software programs, system documentation manuals, and other proprietary materials whenever All Dogs Unleashed adopts new or upgraded versions system-wide. Additionally, franchisees must make available to customers any software programs and other proprietary materials that are specified in the manual. Franchisees are required to enter into all software license agreements, "terms of use" agreements, and software maintenance agreements in the form and manner that All Dogs Unleashed prescribes, and they are responsible for paying all associated fees.
All Dogs Unleashed retains the right to charge a reasonable fee for the maintenance and periodic upgrades to any required software. Furthermore, All Dogs Unleashed will have unrestricted, independent access to all information entered into the local software and other online software applications, as well as all information and electronic files related to the franchised business, whether stored on the franchisee's hard drive or on-site or off-site servers. Franchisees must install and activate all software required by All Dogs Unleashed on their computers and provide all necessary usernames and passwords to facilitate this access, including access to the POS system.
