What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Service Area' for a franchisee will be determined by All Dogs Unleashed before the franchise agreement is signed. This Service Area will be documented on a map that is attached to the franchise agreement's Summary Page.
The FDD specifies that the Service Area's boundaries may be defined in a few different ways. It could be identified through references to specific streets, natural geographical boundaries, or ZIP codes. Alternatively, the Service Area might be defined as encompassing one or more entire cities or counties.
For most franchisees, the Service Area will typically consist of a 5-mile radius around the physical All Dogs Unleashed facility. However, in more densely populated urban environments, the Service Area may instead be defined as an area containing a population of approximately 150,000 people. It's important to note that, except as otherwise described in the FDD, All Dogs Unleashed franchisees generally do not receive an exclusive territory and may face competition.
