What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed can terminate the franchise agreement without providing an opportunity to cure under specific circumstances. These circumstances include if the Operating Principal, General Manager, or Assistant Manager fails to complete the initial training program successfully, if the franchisee fails to commence operations within the required time, or if the franchisee abandons the Franchised Business.
Additional reasons for termination without opportunity to cure include losing the license to operate the Franchised Business or occupy the premises, certain criminal acts by the franchisee or their owners, violating transfer restrictions, breaches of confidentiality or non-compete obligations by the franchisee or any owner, or misrepresentations on the franchise application.
Furthermore, All Dogs Unleashed can terminate the agreement without opportunity to cure if an imminent threat or danger to public health or safety, or the health or safety of any animal, results from the operation of the Franchised Business. Other causes include misstating Gross Sales or knowingly maintaining false books or accounting records, misusing the Marks or Copyrighted Works or offering unauthorized products or services, purchasing products or services from unapproved sources, failing to pass two or more quality assurance inspections in any rolling 12-month period, or receiving two default notices within any 12-month period. These stipulations outline specific scenarios where All Dogs Unleashed reserves the right to immediate termination, highlighting the importance of compliance and operational integrity for franchisees.
