What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee needs prior written consent from the company to relocate their facility. All Dogs Unleashed may grant consent if the current lease expires or terminates without fault of the franchisee. Consent may also be granted if the facility is destroyed or materially damaged by fire, flood, or other natural catastrophe.

To gain approval for relocation, the new location must meet All Dogs Unleashed's then-current standards and criteria. Additionally, the franchisee must not be in default of the franchise agreement or any other agreement with All Dogs Unleashed.

This requirement is fairly standard in franchising, as franchisors want to ensure that any new location maintains brand standards and operational effectiveness. A franchisee should carefully review the site selection criteria and relocation policies outlined in the Franchise Agreement to understand the specific requirements and potential challenges associated with moving their All Dogs Unleashed business.
