What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee proposes to purchase items or services from a supplier that is not already approved by All Dogs Unleashed, both the franchisee and the supplier have the option to submit a written request for approval to All Dogs Unleashed. As a condition of approval, All Dogs Unleashed has the right to inspect the supplier's facilities.
Additionally, All Dogs Unleashed can request that the supplier provide information, specifications, and samples that All Dogs Unleashed deems reasonably necessary. These samples may be sent to All Dogs Unleashed directly or to an independent, certified laboratory designated by All Dogs Unleashed for testing.
All Dogs Unleashed also has the right to charge a fee for the testing of these samples. This process allows All Dogs Unleashed to maintain quality control and ensure that all products and services used by franchisees meet their standards, even if sourced from a supplier not initially on their approved list. Franchisees should factor in potential testing fees and delays when considering new suppliers.
