We may require you to purchase from our approved or designated suppliers or distributors all products and services necessary to construct and operate the Franchised Business, including: (1) fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, items of decor, and audio/visual systems, (2) pet food, training collars, leashes, and other supplies and products (whether or not bearing our Marks or intended for resale), (3) uniforms, shirts, and all merchandise and items intended for retail sale (whether or not bearing our Marks), (4) advertising, point-
of-purchase materials, and other printed promotional materials, (5) gift certificates and stored value cards, (6) stationery, business cards, contracts, and forms, (7) bags, packaging, and supplies bearing our Marks, (8) insurance coverage, (9) architectural services, and (10) payroll, accounting, and bookkeeping services.
If we have identified approved or designated suppliers for a particular product or service, and you wish to purchase from a different vendor or service provider, you must request our approval. We are not obligated to consider or grant your request, but if we choose to consider your request, we will provide you our criteria for supplier approval. We anticipate that we will be able to notify you of our approval or disapproval within 60 to 90 days from the date we receive all required information or complete any necessary inspections. We can impose a reasonable fee, up to $2,500 for these testing services. We may, at our option, periodically reinspect a supplier's facilities, products, or services, and may revoke our approval at any time, in our sole discretion. We will pay the cost of any re-inspection.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed may require franchisees to purchase architectural services from approved or designated suppliers. This falls under a broader range of products and services that All Dogs Unleashed can mandate franchisees to source from specific suppliers.
This requirement extends to various aspects of the business, including fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, decor, audio/visual systems, pet supplies, retail merchandise, promotional materials, and even payroll and accounting services. If a franchisee wishes to use a different vendor than those approved by All Dogs Unleashed, they must request approval, which may or may not be granted. All Dogs Unleashed has the right to impose a fee of up to $2,500 for testing services related to the approval of alternative suppliers.
All Dogs Unleashed also retains the right to periodically reinspect a supplier's facilities, products, or services and can revoke approval at any time at their discretion. While the franchisee bears the initial cost of seeking alternative supplier approval, All Dogs Unleashed will cover the cost of any re-inspection. This system allows All Dogs Unleashed to maintain quality control and standardization across all franchise locations, but it also limits the franchisee's autonomy in choosing suppliers and potentially finding more cost-effective options.
Furthermore, franchisees must use a Real Estate Project Manager designated by All Dogs Unleashed for real estate brokerage services and site selection. All Dogs Unleashed also reserves the right to require a designated project manager for construction management services, the cost of which is borne solely by the franchisee. Franchisees must also acquire a site that meets All Dogs Unleashed's criteria and construct the Commercial Training Facility according to their standards, with All Dogs Unleashed having the right to review and approve all final plans and specifications.
