What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed requires franchisees to acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, franchisees must confirm they had sufficient time and opportunity to consult with an attorney or business advisor before signing. This indicates that All Dogs Unleashed wants to ensure franchisees enter the agreement with informed consent and a clear understanding of their obligations and rights.
Furthermore, the agreement stipulates that franchisees acknowledge they conducted an independent investigation of the All Dogs Unleashed franchise opportunity. They must also recognize the business risks involved and understand that their success largely depends on their abilities as independent businesspersons. This acknowledgement serves to protect All Dogs Unleashed from future claims that franchisees were misled or did not understand the risks.
Additionally, the Franchise Agreement includes a representation that neither the franchisee's property nor the property of their owners, officers, or other related parties are associated with Blocked Persons as defined by Executive Order 13224. The franchisee also warrants that they will not accept money from or employ any Blocked Person. This clause highlights the importance All Dogs Unleashed places on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and its commitment to avoiding any association with individuals or entities involved in terrorism.
