- 6.2.3.
You shall designate, with Franchisor's prior written consent, an Assistant Manager to assist in the supervision of the Franchised Business.
The Assistant Manager must attend and successfully complete Franchisor's initial training program and all additional training that Franchisor requires, to Franchisor's satisfaction.
Franchisor shall have approved the Assistant Manager as meeting its then-current
qualifications for such position. Any proposed replacement Assistant Manager must successfully complete the initial training program and such other training required by Franchisor, and be approved by Franchisor, before assuming his or her position as Assistant Manager.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed FDD, franchisees are required to designate an Assistant Manager to assist in the supervision of the Franchised Business. This designation is not optional. The franchisor must provide prior written consent for the designated Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Manager must attend and successfully complete All Dogs Unleashed's initial training program and any additional training that the franchisor requires. The franchisor must also approve the Assistant Manager as meeting their qualifications for the position.
If a franchisee proposes a replacement Assistant Manager, that individual must also successfully complete the initial training program and any other training required by All Dogs Unleashed. The franchisor must approve the replacement before they can assume the position. This ensures that all Assistant Managers meet the franchisor's standards and are adequately trained to support the Franchised Business.
