What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information. This means an All Dogs Unleashed franchisee must not disclose confidential details to unauthorized parties. Franchisees are allowed to share Confidential Information only with their employees who need to know it for the operation of the franchised business. In addition to general confidentiality, the All Dogs Unleashed franchisee must acquire, install, and maintain anti-virus and anti-spyware software as required by the franchisor. They also need to adopt and implement Internet user policies prescribed by All Dogs Unleashed to prevent viruses and other conditions that could interfere with the computer system.
