BACKGROUND
- A. We and our affiliates, as the result of the expenditure of time, skill, effort and money, own and continue to develop a franchise system (the "System") involving the establishment and operation of franchised facilities (each, a "Facility"), that offer one-stop dog shop specializing in dog training, daycare, boarding, and grooming.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, ADU Franchise Limited Liability Company or its affiliates owns the rights to the All Dogs Unleashed marks. Specifically, All Dogs Unleashed and its affiliates developed the franchise system involving the establishment and operation of franchised facilities. They identify the system using trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin, including the mark ALL DOGS UNLEASHED® and the All Dogs Unleashed® logo.
All Dogs Unleashed retains the right to modify and designate additional trademarks and service marks for use within the system. As a franchisee, you must cease all use of the marks upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement. You must also cancel any assumed name registration containing the marks and assign all rights to telephone numbers, email addresses, URLs, domain names, and internet listings related to the franchised business to All Dogs Unleashed.
Furthermore, All Dogs Unleashed has the option to assume your lease for the commercial training facility premises upon termination or expiration of the agreement. If they do not exercise this option, you must modify the facility to distinguish its appearance from other All Dogs Unleashed facilities. This includes making specific changes to the franchised location as reasonably requested by All Dogs Unleashed. This de-identification must be completed within 60 days after the agreement's expiration or termination.
As a prospective franchisee, it is important to understand that you are granted a license to use the All Dogs Unleashed marks, but you do not own them. Your use of these marks is contingent upon adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement. Failure to comply with these terms can result in the termination of your franchise and the loss of your right to use the marks.
