Is an owner of an All Dogs Unleashed franchise allowed to divert customers to a competitor?

According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, franchise owners are restricted from diverting customers to competitors. While an owner of an All Dogs Unleashed franchise, and for a period of two years after ceasing to be an owner or after the termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, whichever occurs first, the owner is prohibited from diverting or attempting to divert any present or prospective customer of the All Dogs Unleashed franchised business to any competitor.
