During the operation of the Franchised Business:

    1. We will provide such ongoing consultation and advice as we deem appropriate, which may include providing information about new services, programs, and products, advertising and marketing advice, and financial and accounting advice. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.4).
    1. At your request, we will provide additional on-site training assistance subject to availability of personnel and your agreement to pay our then-current rates (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.5).
    1. We will provide you with additional training, as we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to charge a tuition fee for such training. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.6).
    1. We will communicate to you information about our approved and designated suppliers. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.5).
