Is All Dogs Unleashed obligated to establish and maintain a website?

Franchisor may, at its option, establish and maintain an intranet or extranet system through which members of ALL DOGS UNLEASHED franchise network may communicate and through which Franchisor may disseminate updates to the Manuals and other Confidential Information.
Franchisor will have no obligation to establish or to maintain the intranet indefinitely, and may dismantle it at any time without liability to you.
Franchisor may establish policies and procedures for the intranet's use.
Franchisor expects to adopt and adhere to a reasonable privacy policy.
However, you acknowledge that, as administrator of the intranet, Franchisor can access and view any communication that anyone posts on the intranet.
You further acknowledge that the intranet facility and all communications that are posted to it will become Franchisor's property, free of any claims of privacy or privilege that you or any other individual may assert.
If you fail to pay when due any amount payable to Franchisor under this Agreement, or if you fail to comply with any policy or procedure governing the intranet, Franchisor may temporarily suspend your access to any chat room, bulletin board, listserv, or similar feature the intranet includes until such time as you fully cure the breach.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All Dogs Unleashed Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed has no obligation to establish or maintain a website for its franchisees. However, All Dogs Unleashed may, at its option, establish and maintain an intranet or extranet system. This system would allow members of the All Dogs Unleashed franchise network to communicate and for All Dogs Unleashed to disseminate updates to the manuals and other confidential information.
All Dogs Unleashed is not obligated to maintain the intranet indefinitely and may dismantle it at any time without liability to the franchisee. All Dogs Unleashed may establish policies and procedures for the intranet's use and expects to adopt and adhere to a reasonable privacy policy. As the administrator of the intranet, All Dogs Unleashed can access and view any communication that anyone posts on the intranet, and all communications posted to it will become All Dogs Unleashed's property, free of any claims of privacy or privilege.
If a franchisee fails to pay any amount payable to All Dogs Unleashed or comply with any policy or procedure governing the intranet, All Dogs Unleashed may temporarily suspend the franchisee's access to any chat room, bulletin board, listserv, or similar feature the intranet includes until the breach is cured. This means that while All Dogs Unleashed might provide a platform for communication and information sharing, it is not obligated to do so, and franchisees must adhere to the franchisor's policies to maintain access.
