We may negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers for the benefit of franchisees. Presently there are no purchasing or distribution cooperatives in existence for the franchise system. We do not provide material benefits to you (for example, renewal or granting additional franchises) based on your purchase of particular products or services or use of particular suppliers.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Dogs Unleashed may negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers for the benefit of its franchisees. However, the FDD also states that there are currently no purchasing or distribution cooperatives in existence for the All Dogs Unleashed franchise system.
All Dogs Unleashed may require franchisees to purchase from approved or designated suppliers for a wide range of products and services necessary to construct and operate the franchised business. These include items such as fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, pet food, training collars, uniforms, advertising materials, and even services like insurance coverage and architectural services. If a franchisee wishes to use a different vendor than those approved or designated, they must request approval from All Dogs Unleashed, which may take 60 to 90 days to process and could incur a fee of up to $2,500 for testing services.
Franchisees must use a Real Estate Project Manager designated by All Dogs Unleashed for real estate brokerage services and site selection. Additionally, All Dogs Unleashed reserves the right to require franchisees to use a designated project manager for construction management services, at the franchisee's sole cost. For items or services where All Dogs Unleashed has not established approved suppliers, franchisees can purchase from any source, provided they meet the brand's standards, which will be communicated in writing.
All Dogs Unleashed also requires franchisees to acquire a site for their Franchised Business that meets the franchisor's site selection criteria. If the site is a Commercial Training Facility, the lease terms must align with All Dogs Unleashed's specifications, and all construction, equipping, and improvements must adhere to their standards and specifications, with All Dogs Unleashed having the right to review and approve plans and inspect the facility during development.
