The initial training program will be conducted within a reasonable time after you sign a franchise agreement, and before the opening of your Franchised Business. Three individuals may attend our initial training program without a tuition charge; however, we may require you to pay $50.00 per attendee to cover
the cost of the training materials, as described below. If you wish to send additional individuals to training, we reserve the right to charge you a tuition fee per additional attendee.
Our initial training program will be held at our headquarters in Carrollton, Texas, or other location that we designate, on an as-needed basis. We reserve the right to hold our initial training program virtually. We do not maintain a formal training staff. Training will be conducted by Cesar Rosa who has served as Training Director for us and our affiliate since 2024 and has four years of experience in training and team development and Jake Hall who has served as Director of Kennel Tech Training for us and our affiliate since 2022 and has three years of experience in training and team development. Our initial training program is held over a 2-week period, and includes the following subjects:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Dogs Unleashed's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise will admit up to three individuals to its initial training program without charging a tuition fee. However, All Dogs Unleashed may require a payment of $50.00 per attendee to cover the cost of training materials.
If a franchisee wishes to send additional individuals to the training program, All Dogs Unleashed reserves the right to charge a tuition fee for each additional attendee. The franchisee is responsible for all training-related costs, including salary, travel, lodging, and dining expenses for each individual attending the training.
The initial training program is held over a 2-week period at the All Dogs Unleashed headquarters in Carrollton, Texas, or another designated location. All Dogs Unleashed also reserves the right to hold the initial training program virtually. The Operating Principal, General Manager (if different), and Assistant General Manager must attend and complete the initial training program to All Dogs Unleashed's satisfaction.
